 Architects from around the world unveil the endless potential of the YD Real Estate project

Just a few hours' drive from Switzerland, surrounded by the scent of lavender, sage, and cypress trees, directly under the Croatian national park Paklenica, lies over 104,000 m² of pristine nature. On this land, not only the potential of the region comes to life, but also an investment opportunity to own a piece of forgotten paradise.

"Leaving a mark" is the approach, mission, but above all the difference that the YD Real Estate division applies in the selection, creation, and management of projects. One of them is the MIRIS GARDEN development project, a recreational complex located just 30 minutes from the city of Zadar.

YD Real Estate, in cooperation with the prestigious INSPIRELI AWARDS competition, has unveiled the full potential of this place. The main emphasis in the evaluation of competition designs was placed on preserving the soul and culture, sensitively integrating into the landscape, and at the same time utilizing the maximum possibilities of the given landscape character.

240 registered students and 163 architectural designs from all over the world took part in the evaluation of each meter of the given land in accordance with and in harmony with nature. The winners of the six categories created final designs under the guidance of the project's main architect Martin Dudašek at the final workshop in Prague.

The winning designs, studies and approaches agree on the most important thing - the wide potential offered by the unique character of the local landscape.

Hotels, luxury apartment buildings and villas can count on a view of the endless horizon of the Adriatic. In addition to the future architectural gems in the heart of Croatian Starigrad, the place must offer people the most important thing - complete relaxation and comfort. Even with the growing number of tourists, it should thus preserve its exceptional peace.

MIRIS GARDEN will also be connected to the world by a completely new marina.
